Presentation Drawing - Rendering Presentation (Marker Render)

Basic Composition
Based from the previous orthographic drawings produced previously, you will need to compose a presentation drawing for the dream house theme.

Submission Requirements:
Format : A3 size Landscape format
Theme : Dream House – to design your own title based from the theme given.

Requirements:
1. Plan – Scale 1:100
2. Section / Elevation - Scale 1:100
3. Title of the presentation
4. Explanation of the house minimum of 5 lines.
5. Outdoor foliage
6. Label area and label the drawing.
7. Render with marker (mix media colour pencil only)
8. Colour scheme : Monotone colour (i.e. Earth tone, blue tone or etc.) add
the drop shadow (grey).

Here are the out come of my presentation drawing by rendering using marker.
I realised it is actually quite hard to render by marker because I could not control the amount of colour come out. I couldn't mix the colour I want. There for I and happy that through out this assignment. I am able to control yet not until professional stage yet.

*KEEP IT UP*

This is the process of doing it.

Presentation Drawing - Rendering Perspective (Water Colour)

We are asked to render those drawing below by water colour and produce a 3D feel.
By 3 drawing and select 1 or it.

This is the one I selected

Second try out.

First try out.

Presentation Drawing - Model Making Picture

Format : A3 size Landscape format
Theme : Dream House – to design your own title based from the theme given.
Then describe it

For this assignment are mainly for us to understand how a presentation drawing it is.

Here is my presentation drawing which based on the model making .

3D Drawing - One and Two Point Perspective (CUBE)

We are required to draw 6 different shapes in each drawing which is one point and two point perspective. The shapes are need to project based on the point accurately.

One point perspective.
-cylinder
-trapezium
-star
-square
-pyramid

Traced on a tracing paper

Two point perspective.
-cylinder
-cone
-pyramid
-hexagon
-circle(Ball)

3D Drawing - One And Two Point Perspective

PICTURE PLANE (PP):
The “window” that is represented by the picture
STATION POINT (SP):
Represents the eye of the observer. It is the camera in a photograph.
VANISHING POINT (VP):
Are points (usually) on the horizon line where receding lines (planes) meet.
GROUND LINE (GL):
A line that is parallel to the picture plane at the base of the object
being described. HORIZON LINE (HL):
A theoretical line that represents the eye level of the observer.

Two Point Perspective

3D Drawing - Oblique Projections

PLAN OBLIQUE DRAWING
• Present a higher angle of view than isometric drawings
• Use 45°- 45° , 30°- 60°
• In 45°- 45° plan oblique, both sets of vertical
planes receive equal emphasis
• In 30°- 60°plan oblique, one principal set of vertical planes receives more emphasis than the other

3D Drawing - Paraline Projections (Isometric Skill Test)

ISOMETRIC AXES & PLANES

• the horizontal lines are drawn along or parallel to the horizontal axis.
• Similarly the vertical lines are drawn along or parallel to the vertical axis.
• 3D object from a particular viewpoint by aligning along three major axes.
• It is a 2dimensional representation of a 3D drawing in a 2D plane
